Your Fine & Performing Arts School and So Much More...

A community empowered by creativity

Intentionally providing wholistic education experiences through art.

Kelvyn Park Junior & Senior High School is a fine and performing arts school with art integrated instruction across the curriculum. Our teachers, staff members and students alike, strive to implement art as “habit of mind.” Art as “habit of mind” describes the thought processes teachers intend their students to learn while thinking and creating. These habits can be applied to every subject and grade level, which makes teaching them paramount in educating the whole child. Additionally, we offer two CTE Pathways (Digital Media and Allied Health), a JROTC program, SEL supports and to ensure equal education for ALL, we provide both inclusion and self-contained classrooms for our special education students.

Social-Emotional Learning

At KPH, we are devoted to growing and maturing our kids socially and emotionally, allowing them to access their full intellectual potential. Our SEL supports, in addition to teaching art as "habit of mind," help our students learn to manage their emotions, set and achieve goals, and develop positive relationships while obtaining a 21st century skill set.
